Title: Justice Prevails

Here stands the Lion of Judah in His role as Judge and Protector, Advocate and Avenger. He is not facing the viewers, but looking toward the one(s) from whom we are in need of protection. There is no foe, no fiery trial, no personal devestation, from which He shrinks back. Though the flames burn so brightly that they are reflected upon Him, he stands unflinching and His gaze is not distracted from His purpose. See Isaiah 41:11-13

When I saw this image in black and white, I realized that Holy Spirit had painted other images in it. One is of a full figure, tall, thin and regal, with one arm raised across his chest. Some may see this man as themselves standing in need of Justice, in which case, I say to you, He comes and does not delay! Some may see this Man as Holy Spirit, Who is our paraclete, or legal advocate, watching the deliverance of the Lord.
